1. Delivery Coverage Gulnahar offers free home delivery across all of Bangladesh — inside and outside Dhaka.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Inside Dhaka: 2–3 business days
- Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.
3. Order Processing Orders are processed and handed over to our courier partner within 24–48 hours of confirmation, unless there is a stock delay (in which case we will inform you directly).
4. Payment Method We currently operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. You pay the courier upon receiving your order.
5. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive courier tracking details via phone/SMS or the contact information provided at checkout.
6. Failed Delivery If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our courier partner will attempt to reach you to reschedule. Repeated failed deliveries may result in order cancellation.
